MBH is looking for an energetic individual who thrives in a very fast paced environment. Working with major brands such as Foodtastic, Recipe, I-Hop/Applebees, Boston Pizza , Denny's just to name a few.
R/E or Franchising background is an asset
- Client & Agent Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, assist with vetting potential franchisees, and coordinate interviews and showings.
- Marketing Support: Create or update property flyers, coordinate online listings, and assist with on line accounts.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure all files are accurate, confidential.
- Prepare, review, and organize client documents, such as leases, contracts, agreements financials, applications , prepare potential franchisees for approval process, provide assistance to franchisees through their takeover process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
