Foreman Trainee / Lead Hand
Reports To: Existing Foremen
The Foreman Trainee / Lead Hand is a senior field role for someone with 3 to 4 years of landscape experience who can work across installation and maintenance, lead crew members on a temporary basis when needed, and continue building toward full foreman responsibility. This role is expected to maintain strong standards for safety, workmanship, productivity, equipment care, and property respect while developing leadership depth in the field.
You are responsible for helping keep jobs moving, setting the standard for quality and professionalism, and stepping into short-term crew leadership during foreman absences such as holiday leave. This role also has the opportunity to enter the Landscape Apprenticeship program as part of skill development and long-term growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
