Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice for every Thursday, Friday (1pm till 7pm) and Saturday (10 am till 3pm) .
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and exceptional patient experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and software. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and executing dental treatments while maintaining compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
- Diagnose dental conditions through clinical assessments and radiographs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for charting, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Employ CAD technology for designing restorations when applicable.
- Provide pediatric dental care with sensitivity to young patients’ needs.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures performed in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technologies.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Prior experience in a dental office setting preferred; experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $100,986.31-$413,078.59 per year
