Provide 1st level support by responding to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and tickets both physically and virtually.
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software, using “Best Practices” standards.
Troubleshoot and solve hardware and software problems.
Organize your own work, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines.
Clearly communicate to all levels of technology users and leadership.
Work independently and take initiative while following instructions with minimal supervision.
Set your own priorities while maintaining flexibility.
Own the IT Asset Management and Inventory responsibilities.
Log and track user access.
What makes you awesome:
1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience supporting remote users by utilizing tools such as ScreenConnect or TEAMS.
Familiar with the Windows operating system, server, VPN, Wifi technologies and workstation.
Adept at using Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Active Directory, and a ticketing system.
Experienced with computer hardware, software, and peripherals such as laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, cables, network systems, and printers.
Approachable “people person,” who can clearly explain technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users.
Creative problem solver with a keen attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills.
Skills considered an asset:
Experience with active directory group policy.
Microsoft MCP or MCSE.
Experience with VoIP products.
Bachelor's degree or better in Computer Science or related field
Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
