Position Overview
At Thrive, a Service Deployment Analyst plays a key role in supporting our Deployment Engineers with client onboardings and projects focused on infrastructure, messaging, and cloud-based services. You'll assist with project implementation, migrations, upgrades, and documentation, as well as manage and maintain a build room at Thrive’s Foxboro office. We seek individuals with technical proficiency and a strong desire to learn from our team of seasoned engineers. As a Service Deployment Analyst, you'll collaborate with Deployment Engineers to achieve complex goals and objectives. Success in this role requires excellent documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Mimecast, Veeam, and Windows Servers
Base Salary Range: $45,000-65,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
