Do you have a creative mind and a collaborative spirit? Do you love thinking of new and innovative ways to get the jobs done? As our Communications and Media Manager, you’ll lead a team of copywriters, and media planners in an agency-style environment and support them as they develop and activate creative and strategic campaigns for our internal clients. Working closely with the Creative Services management team, you’ll also help refine and develop processes to improve the flow of work and collaboration between streams. When large, high-impact campaigns are submitted, you’ll be actively involved in the message, media and concept development – from ideation and brainstorming all the way to the creative pitch to our clients. And when those campaigns come to an end, you’ll work with your media expert and partner agencies to understand the results and opportunities to be applied to future programs.

And at the end of the day, you’ll love seeing the final communication material in market – and you’ll take pride knowing that your talented team and collaborative clients helped build the Irving Oil brand for employees, customers and the community.
