What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in keeping our service department running efficiently while providing outstanding support to both our technicians and customers.
Parts Receiving & Inventory
- Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments.
- Accurately receive inventory into our dealership management system.
- Organize and stage inventory for storage and distribution.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts department.
Front Counter & Customer Service
- Provide exceptional service to retail and wholesale customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Research, source, and recommend the correct parts.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build relationships that keep customers coming back.
Parts Delivery
- Verify orders for accuracy before delivery.
- Safely load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Complete deliveries professionally while representing our dealership.
Warehouse & Inventory Control
- Put stock orders away accurately.
- Organize customer special orders.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Handle a variety of automotive parts ranging from small components to engines.
- Work safely in elevated storage areas when required.
Shop & Facility Support
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Break down cardboard and manage recycling and waste.
- Ensure work areas remain safe and clutter-free.
What We're Looking For

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move automotive parts safely
Team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Automotive parts experience is preferred
PBS experience is considered a strong asset
