The Opportunity
We are looking for driven, self-motivated Sales Representatives who are comfortable working in a commission-only environment and want unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door-to-door sales, referrals, networking, and lead generation
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior renovation needs
- Present solutions and provide estimates
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and excellent communication
- Negotiate and close sales
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a commission-only role
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field daily
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
- Experience in roofing, construction, HVAC, or home improvement is considered a strong advantage
