Duties and Responsibilities:
QUALITY CONTROL:
- Sampling of Raw Materials, Finished Products and in-process samples.
- Analysis of samples and finished products.
- Generation of lab reports for analysis.
- Validation of sample analysis methods.
- Sending samples to third party lab for external testing.
- Environmental testing in all the production areas (includes microbiological testing).
- Calibration of lab equipment.
- Documentation of all the lab records including analysis, calibration etc.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Writing / revising / reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Writing / revising / reviewing many other documents like Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Non-conformance reports (NCRs) etc.
- Writing / revising / reviewing Training logs for all the employees.
- Reviewing Production Batch Records (PBRs).
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, quality management or a related field
- Experience of 3-5 years with operating, configuring and calibrating laboratory equipment, including HPLC, ELISA, Western Blot, centrifuge, and chromatography.
- Experience writing lab reports, recording activities, preparing scientific documentation.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
