MedHealth Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and personalized pharmacy services to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and dispensing
- Process prescriptions using Kroll
- Provide excellent customer service to patients in person and over the phone
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure proper storage of medications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
