Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and communicating with parents or guardians
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care
- Foster positive behavior and social skills through guidance and modeling appropriate interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and participate in team meetings
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, adapting activities as needed
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members

Pay: $17.85-$29.29 per hour
