Sales Representative & Trainer – Jouviance Skincare

Sosen is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative & Trainer to support and grow our Jouviance Skincare brand throughout Hamilton, London, and surrounding territories.
In this role, you will partner with retail customers and store teams to increase brand awareness, drive sales performance, execute merchandising initiatives, and deliver engaging product training. You will be a key ambassador for Jouviance, helping bring our brand to life in stores every day.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management, staff, and customers.
- Deliver territory sales objectives and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Manage territory activities, appointments, and projects efficiently and effectively.
- Service and support all assigned accounts according to a predetermined call cycle.
- Ensure excellent brand visibility through merchandising, displays, and inventory management.
- Monitor and manage territory expenses responsibly.
- Conduct engaging in-store product knowledge and sales training sessions.
- Support promotional events and special brand initiatives as required.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism while representing the Jouviance brand.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably within the pharmacy or retail environment.
- Strong skincare knowledge and enthusiasm for educating others.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, including occasional weekends and special events.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Hamilton, London, and surrounding territories.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
