Job Duties and Responsibilities Include: (Upper Bay)
-Assist vehicles entering shop and greet customers, As the first point of contact you will explain their options for the oil change service. and update customers profile on our computer system if required, at the end of the service you will finalize payment processing.
-Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
-Change vehicles oil , replacing air filters, inflating tires, checking and topping off vehicle’s fluids, basic visual inspection and periodically preform general repairs if needed.
As a lube technician, you'll work in an environment where grease and grime are common, and there's a chance of encountering minor cuts and burns. However, by following the safety protocols established by management, you can minimize the risk of serious injury.
-General maintenance of shop ( sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, keeping an organized workspace)
Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma Be able to work as a team with lower bay technician Basic computer skills Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills. Automotive enthusiasts welcomed
