Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and process payments efficiently.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service without compromising quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately.
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue is advantageous.

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
