Experienced Behaviour Interventionists (Part-Time)
We are looking for two reliable, energetic, and experienced Behaviour Interventionists to join our home-based team in North Delta.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 6 months of Behaviour Interventionist experience required
- Experience with TouchChat/AAC is an asset
- Familiarity with the MY WAY program is an asset
- Strong communication, play, and rapport-building skills
- Able to follow individualized behaviour and learning programs
- Reliable, patient, energetic, and comfortable working with children
- Professional and able to work collaboratively with the family and therapy team
Schedule
BI #1: Monday & Thursday | 4:30–6:00 PM
BI #2: Tuesday & Friday | 4:30–6:00 PM
Applicants must be available for both days of one schedule. We are not hiring for individual shifts or partial availability.
Compensation
$21–$25/hour, based on experience through AFU funding or others
Minimum 1-year commitment required.
A Criminal Record Check is required before starting.
