Company Overview:
Concord West Canada is seeking a results-driven Account Manager with experience in Business Development and a strong understanding of immigration services. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, insurance, mortgage or immigration law to help our clients navigate complex service requirements. This role involves developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Proactively prospect, pitch, and close new business accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions, with a focus on immigration-related services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Lead contract negotiations and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present business development strategies, sales reports, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a preference for candidates who have worked in real estate, insurance, mortgage or immigration law sectors.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific processes, policies, and regulations.
- Experience inreal estate, insurance, mortgage or immigration law is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
- Compensation for this role is up to $200,000 per annum, calculated through our business development program. Earnings are based on performance and successful business generation.
