Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial services, and the ability to foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 2 years in full cycle Accounts Receivable and Customer Service
- Proficient with MS Package (Excel / Word / PP / Outlook / SharePoint).
- Has experience with reconciling customer deductions and rebates in cash application
- Preference for individuals who have worked in small businesses vs large businesses.
- Ability to adapt and respond to different types of situations or customers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem solving & analytical ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves:
1) Pay rate: $53-57k annually
2) Working Hours: 8:30-5 pm Hybrid Mon and Friday from home Tuesday to Thursday in office this can change at any time. We also will be potentially moving to a nearby location yet to determine
