Organizational Change Manager (OCM)

Paradigm is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) resource to join our company.

The following are mandatory requirements:
A minimum 5 years’ demonstrated experience leading change and using organizational change management methodologies, techniques and tools
Strong oral\written and influencing\negotiating skills with parties affected by the change initiative; both end users and senior management
Demonstrated success in the delivery of structure and process to complex change initiatives

The following are considered very strong assets:
Business analysis skills with the ability to identify underlying issues
Ability to lead change other agents in the design and delivery of change initiatives
Change management certification, i.e. Prosci
Formal Bachelor Degree from an educational facility
Post educational certifications related to adult learning, instructional design, facilitation and teaching
Experience in the assessment of initiatives in adult learning
Project management experience
IT industry experience

The following are also considered strong assets:
Highly developed interpersonal skills and is capable of collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and team members
Demonstrated experience implementing change utilizing IT solutions as the driver
Experience in the following industries: Insurance, public sector and utility
