Role Summary
This is a full-time Insurance Broker role located in Cambridge (Hespeler), Ontario. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for:
- Addressing a customer's insurance needs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with partnered insurance carriers.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Any task of a sales producer.
- Following all guidelines and requirements of a proper insurance quotation.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Frequent phone and email communication with clients.
- Preparing accurate insurance quotations using a Broker Management System (BMS).
As an Insurance Broker, you will actively strive to uphold All-Risks' standard of professional and personalized customer care. This role is ideal for an insurance professional who is looking for a challenge and highly adept at understanding the insurance needs of any customer.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of insurance practices, particularly for auto insurance and home insurance.
- Prior experience working in the insurance industry.
- Customer service and critical thinking skills in order to assess customer needs efficiently.
- Independent and highly self-motivated individual.
- Self-disciplined and methodical with the ability to multi-task.
- Licensed to work at an insurance brokerage, RIBO exam passed, OR OTL license with the goal of pursuing RIBO.
- Experience using SIG or other Broker Management Systems (BMS) is an asset.
- Familiarity with local markets across Ontario is an asset.
- Prior experience in a sales role is an asset.
- Ability to fluently speak in Gujarati, Hindi, or Punjabi is an asset.
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
