Coordinator, Advisor CRM & Digital Enablement
What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will be responsible for successful leadership, co-ordination and implementation of meetings, activities and events for the Advisor CRM & Digital Enablement Teams in Regional Banking supporting Retail (Integrated Markets, Advice Centre, Branch Formats), BFS (Commercial, Business Markets, National Specialized Solution, and Auto), Career Sales Force, Financial Planning, Group Advantage. You will provide support to initiative/program management across the Advisor CRM & Digital Enablement Team. Independently and effectively manages assigned initiatives for Retail (Integrated Markets, Advice Centre, Branch Formats), BFS (Commercial, Business Markets, National Specialized Sales, and Auto), Career Sales Force, Financial Planning, Group Advantage. You will require the individual to work independently as well as effectively work in teams, with a high level of initiative and motivation to ensure that deliverables are met. You should be comfortable taking direction from senior management and be able to present their work to the management team. You will ensure clarity on the assigned initiatives through detail plans.
What will you do?
Plan, manage and execute projects and/or events effectively, on time and on budget, in collaboration with Senior Leaders and other internal and external partners.
Manage relationships with external vendors, restaurants and hotels.
Liaise with senior leaders on communications needs and tactics that will foster employee engagement and awareness of business imperatives. Materially contribute to the success of the Advisor CRM & Digital Enablement Team.
Lead and coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding, orientation and ensuring effective and efficient transition to Advisor CRM & Digital Enablement.
Monitor and track FTE changes
Manage projects, timelines and tasks as required, ensuring deadlines are adhered to and challenges are communicated to team/business partners in a timely manner and with minimal direction.
Conduct adhoc internal reviews to ensure team adherence and alignment to Bank policy
Maintain, update and support relevant RBC Connect sites. Including the provision and solicitation of content.
Manage Advisor CRM & Digital Enablement Business Continuity Plan and all transit changes
Prepares expense reports with accuracy and adherence to finance policies ensuring expense reimbursement is within expense reporting guidelines and aligned to the appropriate transits and GLs
Validate expense reports for direct reports with a thorough knowledge of sundry, R&R, travel, entertainment policies
Coordinate and seamlessly juggling of shifting priorities and team requests (e.g. HR paperwork, travel, workspace management requests, technology concerns, other day to day administration activities, etc.) will be required
What do you need to succeed?
Working knowledge of National Office Regional Banking and its key stakeholders.
Experience in management of small to medium size initiatives or projects in a cross functional environment.
Strategic mindset & creativity.
Action oriented and can work independently on small to medium size initiatives
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
