I should also mention I'm 100% gluten free. And I'm 100% serious about that.
We are Burlington's favorite go-to destination for a great bite & drink. Our tacos range from classic to weird-and-wild-you’ve-gotta-try-this.
We offer a variety of fare that satisfies the most dedicated carnivore and delights the vegetarian and vegan crowd alike.

Summary
We are seeking Line Cooks to join our energetic kitchen team. In this role, you will prepare and execute our menu with precision, consistency, and speed - all while upholding our 100% gluten-free standards. You’ll play a key part in delivering the bold flavors and high-quality dishes our guests know and love.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking menu items to spec during service
- Setting up and maintaining your station for smooth, efficient service
- Working clean, organized, and fast (especially during the rush)
- Following recipes and plating standards with consistency
- Assisting with prep, inventory, and stock rotation
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to keep service flowing seamlessly
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for food and pride in your craft
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure (because taco rush is real)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented mindset - no egos, just great service
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
- Line cook or kitchen experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required
- Evening availability is required
