The Opportunity
Chappelle Crossing Hearing is a brand new, independently-owned audiology clinic opening in one of southwest Edmonton's fastest-growing communities. We're building something different — a founder-led hearing care practice focused on best-practice audiology, honest patient care, and real professional autonomy for the clinician who leads it.
We're looking for an experienced, motivated Audiologist to lead our clinic from day one and grow it into a premier hearing care destination in southwest Edmonton.
This isn't a corporate role. You'll have full clinical autonomy, ownership-track potential, and the support of a co-located pharmacy and dense medical corridor generating consistent referrals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments for adult and pediatric patients
- Prescribe, fit, verify, and follow up on hearing aids using best-practice protocols including real-ear measurements on every fitting
- Perform tinnitus assessments and manage tinnitus retraining programs
- Deliver aural rehabilitation and counseling
- Comfortable with all major hearing aid platforms (Phonak, Oticon, ReSound, Signia, Widex, Starkey, Unitron)
- Conduct cerumen management within scope of practice
- Build and maintain relationships with the local physician network
- Contribute to clinical protocols and clinic growth strategy
- Optionally supervise a Hearing Aid Practitioner as the clinic grows
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Audiology or diploma from an accredited Hearing Aid Practitioner program
- Current registration/licensure and in good standing to practice as an Audiologist with the Alberta College of Speech‑Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA) or Hearing Aid Practitioner with the College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta (CHAPA)
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in hearing testing, device selection, and programming
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent patient communication skills
