Reporting to the HR General Supervisor, you will be part of the Human Resources Department. You will provide professional, tactical and hands on operational support to enable the Company to manage, develop and retain employees. You will be accountable for providing high-quality human resources operational services to partner with department supervisors and employees to strengthen, foster organizational effectiveness, and meet business objectives. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Establish and maintain collaborative, credible, trusting partnerships with employees and supervisors across the department(s) and organization, to demonstrate the value of HR as a consistent, knowledgeable and trusted business partner;

3+ years of related experience in an industrial or mining environment, with experience in employee relations, workplace investigation, organization culture, disability management and recruitment is an asset;

Excellent working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint) and ERP (SAP) software;

High level of proactiveness, customer service focus, integrity, accountability, risk awareness, SOX compliance and strong emotional intelligence;

Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Minimum Salary : $86,000CAD Maximum Salary : $114,000CAD
