We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Support children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play and learning experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Adapt activities to accommodate children with varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills in early childhood education.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices is beneficial.
- Experience supporting children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
- A strong ability to engage with young learners and create an inclusive environment for all children.
