We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Installation Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Install retractable awnings, deck covers, screen systems, and shutter systems
- Measure, assemble, and install products according to specifications
- Inspect equipment and perform repairs or replacements as needed
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to service and emergency maintenance requests
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with measurement tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience with glass canopies, motorized awnings, glass railings, or similar systems is preferred
- Experience in roofing, welding, construction, or related trades is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
