The Senior Collection Specialist plays an important role in the company's accounting department, and specifically within the AR team. The individual adheres to the company's accounting operation policies, compliance with global standards, and aligns with the strategic objectives of the organization.
What You’ll Do

Review and analyze customer accounts to identify overdue balances and prioritize collection efforts

Manage complex or escalated collection cases, including legal proceedings if necessary

Perform customer account reconciliations to ensure accurate records

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts and transactions

Work with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances
