The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus to effectively serve diverse clients. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking efforts
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closures with commercial and industrial clients
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals

- Provide technical product demonstrations and explain complex solutions clearly to clients

Experience
- Proven outside sales experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related technical fields
