General Description – Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring a high level of satisfaction among property owners, insurance adjusters, and brokers by delivering accurate, thorough, and professional property assessments and project scoping. This role oversees all phases of the emergency and rebuild process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with targeted profit margins.
The Project Manager coordinates and manages all aspects of project execution, including handling project changes, upgrades requested by property owners, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders. Acting as the lead on each project, the Project Manager is accountable for overall quality, efficiency, and successful project completion.
In this leadership role, the Project Manager collaborates closely with all team members, providing direction, oversight, and support to ensure that work is performed to the highest standards and meets both client expectations and organizational objectives.
- Lead and manage the start-to-completion of projects using company resources and sub-contractor trades.
- Requirement to be on call as the schedule dictates
- Interact and communicate with customers and carriers frequently on the status of the project - clear communication is critical
- Create work orders for projects
- Schedule Vendors and subcontractors for repairs to be completed
- Manage an on-site Foreman on each project
- Review estimates as needed, align budgets with expectations with the project estimator
- Provide weekly updates on all projects that are active
- Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality and training opportunities
- IICRC Certificate

- Three to five years+ of Management or Leadership experience in the Construction/Restoration industry
