Summary
Lavan Trading Inc. (operating as Blara Organic House) is seeking a Retail Supervisor to supervise daily retail sales operations, support team performance, and maintain high customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Qualifications
- High school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years in retail sales
- Experience in customer service and retail team coordination
- Experience in staff training, onboarding, or supervisory support is an asset
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Pay: $28.00 per hour
