Minimum 3–5 years of pastry and bakery experience.
Strong knowledge of baking cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, and traditional desserts.
Ability to prepare high-quality products consistently.
Fast-paced work skills and excellent time management.
Creativity and ability to develop new pastry products and recipes.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and product presentation.
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
Ability to manage production schedules and maintain inventory.
Experience supervising or training staff is an asset.
