Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach (Independent Contractor) – Practice Opportunity Inside Established Pickleball Club
The Jar Pickleball Club is seeking an experienced Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach interested in building or expanding their practice within one of Toronto's largest indoor pickleball facilities.
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional employment position.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial trainer who wants access to a large community of active adults, recreational athletes, and pickleball players seeking to improve strength, mobility, balance, injury prevention, athletic performance, and overall fitness.

What We Provide

Ideal Candidate
- Certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Kinesiologist, or Fitness Professional
- Passion for helping active adults and recreational athletes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Experience with injury prevention, mobility, strength training, or sports performance is an asset
Partnership Structure
Compensation will be structured as a mutually beneficial independent contractor arrangement. We are open to discussing various partnership and revenue-sharing models with the right candidate.
