Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the overall well-being of clients through therapeutic touch, while also maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. We welcome new Graduates too.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on medical history and specific concerns.
- Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatment plans and progress.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall experience for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
Skills
- Proficient in medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey treatment plans and recommendations.
- Ability to create a calming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and healing.
