Job Description

The following position is open at Fayes Cafe Victoria Hospital London.

Position: General help position. Associate works at stations that they are needed. unit consists of Subway, Tim Hortons, Grill, dishes. Associate must be able to handle a fast paced environment, previous subway or Tim Hortons experience is an asset. the applicant must have exceptional customer service skills

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Food Service Manager, the employee
will be required to work various positions throughout the unit. Duties could
include, counter service, cash handling, customer service stocking, MUST be available to work weekends.

Due to changes on with business volumes all
shifts and positions will be subject to change including hours of work, paid
hours, duties and responsibilities. Morrison reserves the right to reassign all
associates as determined by the needs of the business. Mount Hope as well as
the café are also self serv Tim Hortons that requires ALL standards are met at all times.

Parking onsite -53.00/ month, this is a non-smoking property

Wage – $14.80

Qualifications

This position
also requires extensive and compassionate direct contact with customers.
Therefore the successful applicant MUST
be outgoing and friendly and exceed
standard customer service expectations, Must be a team player, as well as exhibiting
a cheerful and genuine interest in exceeding our customer’s expectations,
self-motivated individual with good sense of attention to detail and ability to
maintain accurate production and waste records and operate a cash register
within the acceptable variance limits as outlined in the company policy. The
candidate must also have previous Tim Hortons experience, including baking. All
company policies must be adhered to at all times. (NO jewelry, NO CELL PHONES. All necessary PPE is
worn performing to pertaining tasks etc.)

Excellent attendance, and punctuality is a must as this is an open shift for a unit, and the ability to meet the
skills and ability of the position will factor into the selection process.
