The Candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and pays attention to detail.
The CFO should be able to plan the company’s financial direction and perform risk management by analyzing liabilities and investments and should supervise all operations and business activities to ensure they are consistent with the overall strategy and desired financial targets.
The CFO should decide on investment strategies and ensure that the cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operation by controlling and evaluating the fundraising plans, primarily through angel investor communities here in Ontario, and capital structure.
The CFO should manage vendor and customer relationships and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the markets and industry, plastic cards, to be able to act as a point of contact for key stakeholders.
The CFO is required to prepare current and forecast financial reports, develop the company’s budgets by analyzing costs, pricing, sales results and compare the actual performance to the business plans and make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase the profit.
The CFO is required to report to the CEO on a weekly basis.
The CFO is responsible for overseeing the accounting department and cooperating with auditors to ensure appropriate filings of company financial reports.
The Candidate should have expertise in MS Word, MS Office, MS Excel.
The Candidate should have experience at management level in a firm active in International Trade (Import and Export), wholesale establishment and distribution center.

The required language is English

The term of employment are 37 hours/week at $44.18/hour
