Position Details
- Role: Baker with bakery skills — mixing, measuring, and making breads, buns, and bannock. Learn from some of the best bannock bakers around.
- Hours: 20–40 hours/week (4–8 hour shifts), early mornings starting at 5:00 a.m. and wrapping up by 9:00–11:00 a.m.
- Flexibility: Opportunity to work Front of House or Back of House, if desired.

What We're Looking For
- A kind, caring, and upbeat personality
- Baking or cooking experience (we'll provide the training!)
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift a 45 lb bag of flour and a jug of oil
- Comfort using AI tools for inventory tracking
- Skill (or willingness to learn) making icings, glazes, and mixes
- An eye for decorating bannock doughnuts for the showcase
- Willingness to change fryer oil and keep your station clean
- Openness to training on commercial ovens and fryers
- A team player who's excited to grow, lead, and help train others
