Window Cleaning Calgary is a local home servicing business that provides: Window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, siding cleaning and sealing services.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking person to join our team in providing exceptional window cleaning and home services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a crew of 2-3 others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a crew of others and strive to provide an excellent experience to the businesses clients
- Perform a variety of home servicing tasks, including window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, pressure washing, and sealing surfaces
- Assess the work to be completed, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources accordingly
- Receive constant training and education regarding providing excellent service
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and kept in good working condition
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
- Communicate with clients about any issues or concerns that they may have and ensure that their needs and expectations are met
- Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in any labor type roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
