Who we are looking for?
An experienced commission based Digital Sales Development Representative.
You will be responsible for prospecting (cold calling!!) and contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails. You will use your communication skills to build strong relationships with potential customers, from first contact until account executive closes the deal. You must be willing to make 100 outbound cold calls to prospects daily, be able to build trust and legitimacy by presenting our company to potential clients over the telephone and conduct occasional online demonstrations of our services for potential clients. You will be required to identify key decision maker's business marketing challenges on a regular basis and connect them to the values of our solutions using B.A.N.T. or similar techniques then schedule online meetings with qualified leads and the appropriate account executive on your virtual team. What required skills should they have?
- 3 years minimum of B2B tele sales and lead generation experience.
- BA in Business / Marketing / Communications preferred, but not required.
- Freelancer experience or entrepreneurial experience with start-ups is a plus.
- Extremely organized team player with social sales skills and commitment to get things done, and able to focus with minimal supervision.
- A passion for finding and identifying key decision maker's role and responsibilities in an organization.
- Confident, results-driven, self-starter, persistent, highly motivated to increase earnings despite rejection.
- Excellent verbal and impeccable written (email) communications skills.
- Dynamic telephone presence, highly professional with positive energy.
- Proficiency with CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Zoom.
- Willing to work on contract.

Salary: Up to $3,000.00 per month
