Renew Resilience Counselling | Orléans, Ontario
Renew Resilience Counselling is a growing trauma-informed private practice seeking an EMDR-trained therapist to join our team as an Independent Contractor.
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. This position offers the opportunity to build a caseload with the support of an established practice while maintaining the flexibility and autonomy of independent practice.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide in-person psychotherapy services in our fully furnished Orléans office, with the option to offer virtual sessions as appropriate. Must be willing to work in-person.
This is a part-time contractor position with the potential for growth based on clinician availability and client demand.
Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Be a Registered Social Worker (MSW) and/or Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with the OCSWSSW and/or CRPO
- Carry professional liability insurance
- Be available to provide in-person services in Orléans
- Be trained in EMDR and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Be comfortable working with adolescents and adults
- Demonstrate strong clinical, ethical, and professional standards
Assets include:
- EMDR Certification (EMDRIA)
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Experience using Jane App
- Additional training in trauma, CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, somatic approaches, or related evidence-based therapies
