We are actively seeking Massage Therapists to join our rapidly growing multidisciplinary team in our Elmsdale clinic. Responsibilities:
- To provide services within the scope of practice of a Registered Massage Therapist, including gathering client history, establishing treatment goals, documenting treatment provided as well as preparing communication for referral sources and funders as required.
- To deliver the highest level of service when greeting and interacting with clients, the general public and fellow team members.
- To ensure the accuracy of end of shift documents within clinic management software
Qualifications:
- Diploma from an accredited college in Canada (required)
- Must be a registered member in good standing with the Massage Therapists' Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS) or another recognized provincial regulatory body
- Experience treating clients in a multidisciplinary setting is a strong asset but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with other disciplines and team members
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development

Wage Structure: Up to 60% split fee, 70% for 20+ clients per week, 90% for 25+ clients per week
