Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join Pursuit To Health. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, preventing physical pain, dysfunction, injury and overall well-being. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish massage techniques and other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards of the CMTO
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or self-care routines.
- Keep detailed records of each session, including client preferences and progress notes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on industry's code of ethics and standards of practice
- Experience
- Hands on experience with joint and soft tissue manipulation, with valid licensing and registration certification as required by state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and health conditions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a wellness or healthcare setting.

Pay
Pay will start at a min of 70/30 split. This can increase with increased hours worked.

Pay: $30,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
