We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team.
Manufacturing experience is important.
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to specifications
- Set up and adjust sewing machines for different tasks and materials
- Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is important
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines is a must
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent, high-quality work
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing operations
