Overview
We are currently hiring motivated and dependable individuals to join our roofing team. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in construction and skilled trades, offering hands-on experience in roofing projects. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment, performing physically demanding tasks while contributing to high-quality building solutions. Prior construction or handyman experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
Duties
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using various hand tools and construction equipment
- Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing tools, and setting up safety barriers
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing standards are met
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Support carpentry tasks related to framing or structural adjustments as needed
- Utilize handyman skills for miscellaneous repairs or adjustments on-site
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or roofing is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Familiarity with hand tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
- Experience with handyman projects or general construction work is considered a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks on different projects
