Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our food products and services.
- Process orders, data entry, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively in English and French to serve a diverse client base.
- Upsell products when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French, Greek an asset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Familiarity with data entry and analysis tools is advantageous.
- Professional phone etiquette is essential.
- Previous experience in food or import industries is a plus.
