Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a background in automotive repair, preferably within a dealership environment. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates for repairs, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.

We hire attitude over aptitude, but we do have a few non-negotiables:
- Automotive technical experience, especially related to body repair.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
