Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their technical needs, providing product demonstrations, and offering tailored solutions in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Engage with customers to identify their technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of networking equipment, cloud services, and related technologies
- Assist clients in pre-sales activities, including technical consultations and proposal development
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams on project management tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including analysis of customer needs and solution design
- Support post-sales activities such as troubleshooting, product setup guidance, and follow-up consultations
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to clients and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and technical documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong understanding of computer networking, AWS, Azure, VMware, Linux, and Python scripting
- Familiarity with Bash (Unix shell) scripting and analysis skills for troubleshooting and system optimization
- Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or related roles is highly desirable
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for delivering product demos and technical explanations to diverse audiences
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems quickly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies rapidly and stay current with industry developments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory depending on experience

Pay: $17.20-$28.98 per hour
