Now Hiring: Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced individual to assist the manager in managerial responsibilities which include production goals, coaching employees and reaching growth targets. The right person will be the stores second in command, helping to lead the store on a daily basis. This is a fast-paced position, where the details matter. Successful applicants will need to demonstrate an ability to reach goals, coach employees and maintain operational standards in previous work history.
What You’ll Do:
· Support the Store Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, reaching production and sales goals
· Ensure exceptional customer service and a clean, organized shopping environment
· Manage and motivate staff to meet daily production/sales targets
· Perform team meetings to energize staff to reach targets and provide feedback
· Assist in the hiring, training and development of employees
· Complete daily, weekly, monthly administrative tasks on time
· Proactive participation in our on-going fundraising efforts
· Have an opportunity for development into a store manager role
What We’re Looking For:
· 3+ years of supervisory experience (production experience an asset)
· Experience overseeing multiple areas simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
· Proven leadership and communication skills
· Ability to multitask and solve problems on the go
· Experience setting and achieving sales/production targets
· Able to work evenings and weekends
