Join our dynamic agricultural team as a Farm Manager, where you will lead the daily operations of a thriving farm environment. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sustainable farming, hands-on management, and a keen eye for detail. As the Farm Manager, you will oversee the manage farm operation, and ensure that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will help operate the day to day requirements to maintain a productive, safe, and innovative farm setting.
Duties
- Supervise daily farm activities including gathering eggs (automated), checking barns for efficient operations, maintenance of all equipment, occasional tractor work, facilities maintenance, property maintenance
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring inputs and monitoring supplies , monitoring barn computers.
Requirements
- have some experience and mechanical knowledge with operating general barn equipment and farm machinery.
- must have an aptitude for attention to details
- Ability to perform moderate lifting safely and handle physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures for farm equipment repairs.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping related to farm operations.
- Prior experience in farm management or agricultural work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
