Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Commercial Lines Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively engage with clients and prospects to promote our commercial insurance products, build lasting relationships, and drive business growth. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with strong communication skills will help you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This position is commision based with uncapped commission potential.
Duties
- Develop new commercial insurance business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Prepare proposals and present coverage recommendations to prospective clients.
- Work collaboratively with our Commercial Service Team to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional ongoing client service.
- Negotiate coverage and pricing with insurance carriers to obtain the best solutions for clients.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goals.
- Stay current on commercial insurance products, market trends, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the brokerage with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first approach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively articulate product benefits and close deals
- Analysis skills to assess client needs and develop customized insurance solutions
- Experience in telemarketing or direct customer outreach is a plus
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing strategies within the insurance industry
- RIBO licence in good standing

Pay: $45,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
