Laz Fab is seeking a reliable and skilled CNC Laser Machine Operator to support our growing fabrication business. This position offers flexible hours initially, making it ideal for someone looking for part-time, evening, or weekend work. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time position as workload increases.

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC laser cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work with CAD drawings and DXF files to prepare jobs for production.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications.
- Set up materials and machine parameters for cutting operations.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Assist with general fabrication and shop duties as required.
Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.
- Proficiency with CAD software and DXF file preparation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Metal fabrication experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
