ABOUT US
Comfort Zone Insulation has built a strong reputation throughout Eastern Ontario by delivering exceptional insulation and spray foam installations with quality, professionalism and pride.
As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who wants more than just a paycheque — we’re looking for someone who wants to build a career.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We’re willing to invest in the right person because we believe attitude, work ethic and character are more important than experience.
If you’re dependable, hardworking, enjoy working with your hands and are eager to learn, we’ll provide the training, mentorship and opportunities to help you build a successful career.
No experience in insulation? That’s okay — we’re looking for the right person, not necessarily the most experienced one.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You’ll work alongside an experienced team while learning every aspect of the insulation trade, on a crew installing residential and light commercial projects throughout Eastern Ontario.
As your skills develop, you’ll receive one-on-one mentoring from our Lead Spray Foam Installation Technician with the goal of becoming a certified spray foam installer — a highly specialized trade that is in demand and offers excellent long-term career opportunities. From there, there are clear paths to advance into Crew Lead, Estimating, and Management roles.
This isn’t just another construction job. It’s an opportunity to learn a trade, develop valuable skills, and build a rewarding career with a company that’s committed to your success.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
As part of our team you’ll receive hands-on training in:
- Spray foam insulation (closed-cell and open-cell)
- Blown-in insulation
- Batt insulation
- Vapour barrier installation
- Building envelope systems
- Residential construction and carpentry
- Equipment operation and maintenance
- Construction safety and best practices
Every day brings something different, and every project is an opportunity to learn.
